Requirements

You will need the following sofwares to customize this template.

  1. Code Editing Software (eg: Dreamweaver, Sublime Text or Notepad)
  2. Web Browser for testing (eg: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox)
  3. FTP Tool to upload files to Server (eg: FileZilla)

Be careful while editing the template. If not edited properly, the design layout may break completely.
No support is provided for faulty customization.

How to Use Option Panel

Register -

This add-on enables a seamless registration process for users, allowing both customers and vendors to sign up using either their email address or mobile phone number. Phone number verify -

Our add-on ensures the integrity of user registrations by verifying new users' mobile phone numbers through a numeric code sent via SMS. This feature applies to customers and vendors alike, enhancing security for phone-based registrations. By confirming the authenticity of mobile numbers, this add-on fosters a secure and reliable environment for all platform participants.

Reset password -

Our OTP system enhances security by enabling users to securely reset their passwords. Upon request, it sends a one-time password (OTP) to the user's registered mobile number or email, providing a safe way to authenticate and set a new password. This straightforward process ensures user accounts remain accessible and protected.

New sellers approved -

Our OTP service streamlines communication by sending an SMS notification to vendors when their account is approved. This efficient system ensures immediate notification, enhancing the onboarding experience for new vendors by keeping them informed in real-time.

Withdrawal approved -

Our system automatically sends an SMS notification to sellers when their withdrawal request is approved by the admin. This immediate update ensures sellers are promptly informed about their account transactions, enhancing transparency and trust in the platform's financial processes.

Notification orders delivered -

Enable SMS notifications for delivery updates effortlessly with our admin feature. Admins gain the ability to activate SMS notifications, ensuring customers receive timely updates about their delivery items. This streamlined process enhances communication, providing customers with real-time information and improving their overall experience.

New order placed -

Empower admins with the ability to activate SMS notifications, notifying sellers instantly when a new order is placed. This feature streamlines communication, ensuring sellers stay informed about incoming orders in real-time, facilitating prompt response and efficient order fulfillment.

How to Install the OTP_system ?

Before initiating the integration process, confirm that our add-on is compatible with your current version of Martfury Grocery, Farmart Grocery, or Nest Grocery. Our add-on supports the following versions:

This OTP_system is not an independent system. Our OTP_system is available only for Farmart, MartFury and NEST Multivendors cms. If you do not purchase yet then click below for purchasing

Requirements

After providing your purchase details and ensuring your site meets the necessary pre-requisites, follow the step-by-step installation guide provided in our documentation. The guide includes: Activating the add-on through your platform’s admin panel. Configuring add-on settings to match your store’s requirements.

  1. One of the follow cms templates Farmart Grocery, Martfury Grocery or Nest Grocery should be pre-installed on your server
  2. Purchase and download the OTP_System add-on file package from your account.
  3. Login into your admin panel of the system (eg: Login)
  4. Extract the Zip files
  5. Uploading the add-on to your eCommerce platform:Theme/Platform/plugin
  6. rename it correctly otp_system
  7. Go to admin dashboard and check in the plugin list

Caution: The right name is "otp_system". Ensuring accurate file naming is essential for seamless integration and functionality of the add-on within the system.

The SMS gateways

Three SMS gateways are used in OTP_system plugin. They are:

  • Nexmo
  • Twillo
  • Allmysms
  • Fast2sms
  • Msgat

Activation

There are two steps to activate the OTP system:

Go to admin: Plugin installed, click on activate Otp_system.

Configuration

The Otp_system appears on the sidebar list. Drop down and click on Otp configuration and Set Otp credential.

Before proceeding with the installation, we kindly request you to provide all necessary information regarding your purchase. This ensures a personalized and efficient setup process tailored to your specific needs.

The Plugin installed, you need check the gateways sms.

Once activated, perform a thorough check to ensure the add-on functions correctly with your platform. Look for any feature discrepancies and test the add-on’s functionalities across different devices and browsers.

Add the gateway credential as you want use.

In admin/ Setting check on the right click on Phone icon.

Now: you can do a test and, select the gateway sms as you want for your system.

Users registration form

The registration process is very easy when your OTP system add-on is activated. To register you see the phone number field is available or email
Step 1

  • New users need to go to the Registration page.
  • Users need to fill up the form.
  • They can use phone number in lieu of email in the field named ‘Email orPhone
  • Click on create Account.

Step 2

  • After clicking Create Account, users will be redirected to the phone number verification page.
  • There users need to put the code that is sent to their phone.
  • And click on Verify
  • Users will get registered.

Reset password form

If any user forgets his/her password after registration using phone, he just need to follow this below steps:

  • Go to the reset password page after clicking Reset password using phone from the login page.
  • Then he/she needs to put the previous OTP code that was sent to his/her mobile when he registered.
  • He can set new password
  • Finally click on save.
